With us moving house, we requested a quote from ADT based on the fact that we had them at our old place. The consultant came out & took down our needs and assured us that it will be sorted. The installers came in and completed the installation and specifically "HID" ugly wiring behind cupboards even though, this was specifically mentioned that they needed to clean up. We then had contractors in the house who damaged some cabling, which we have been waiting for ADT to come back and repair. We have not been with an alarm for about 2 months or so and i have given ADT a chance to come back and rectify the problem. Each time it's one excuse after another and it has ALWAYS been me contacting ADT, never them. The buck has been passed from the installer to the technical manager and anyone else they can find. I refuse to be with a supplier that
1. Does not value the safety of my family
2. Has such weak customer service.
For these reasons, i will look at taking my business elsewhere.
