Cancelled contract they put me on ITC

I have cancelled my contract with tracker due to bad service last year, they put me on ITC because according to them I still owe them money, for a service they never delivered. we requested that the tracker must be taken out from one car and put into the new car that was bought, nothing was done, now i have been handed over to lawyers and put on ITC, becaue of there useless service.
