No reponse from ADT in SIX months

I want to know why my queries are ignored? One of them is a serious matter, perhaps it is time to find another service provider:

1. On 29 Sept 2012, my home alarm went off and I got no call from ADT and no response vehicle (we were at home). The problem of the response vehicle was clarified satisfactorily. I spoke to the control room that day and was told that John Labuschagne was in charge of the control room and would call me. I have been waiting SIX months. This is a serious issue, luckily I did not have a security problem that day.
I then used your website to query the issue, it auto-replies saying "we will be in touch with you within 24hrs". What a joke! I sent two (13 & 20 Nov 2012, see your responses below). FIVE months waiting for a response.
I was also approached by an ADT saleslady in Builders Warehouse a few months ago. I told her I was with ADT and told her about this. She said she would take it up, still waiting. I want to know what happened on that day.
2. On 1 April 2013 I received notice of the fuel surcharge. I replied asking "if and when the fuel price drops for a decent period of time, will my fee drop? ". No answer yet.
Why should I stay with ADT?
