ADT debited double my debit order for two months, when i contacted them 9 times (9 January 2013), i was referred back and forth to 4 different departments each time and cutt off 9 times, (people i spoke to: percyville, danielle and silence, when i eventually started taking names). Someone did contact me the next day and said they can see that there was a mistake but they cant find anyone to fix the problem. NOW doesnt this give a whole new meaning to daylight.
