I Just want to make everyone aware of ADT, their putrid customer service and dont care attitude - this is all testimonent to the fact that they are not a compnay that even responds on halo Peter..I urge potential customersNOT TO SIGN UP with ADT -to come activate the alarm..this only hapened after 3 months BUT they were stilll debiting my account ..I recall asking the sales person to change the contract from 36 mnts to 24 .. he SAID will change it. I still dont know if it has been changed... I asked ADT to cancel my contract - I was told that I cannot cancel it..which is a lie..accordign to the CPA..as a consumer I am allowed to cancel - but will have to pay a small penalty (reasonable amount) - my alarm has a broken cord..tech came out and wants to charge R500 to join 2 broken wires. DO NOT SIGN WITH ADT - THEY ARE THEIVES AND ROBBERS AND DONT CARE
they reposneded on halo peter saying management would contact me..its now been almost 2 months
