Deposit paid but no service received

I have inserted the correspondence as below -

Virna,
It is Tuesday and still no contact received from Chubb's service department. Please arrange it is done on Thursday 28th as that is now the only option remaining when Giesela will be at home. It will then be the long weekend (Easter).
If your service department cannot do the work within a reasonable time this week then please let me know and refund the deposit so I may look elsewhere for the service.
