ON the 26th February 2012 at 17H50 my alarm went off and it took ADT Security Officer up to 18H35 to get into my house to see what was going on, the funniest part is that i went past them on the roar which is 2KM from my house.
Whats wrong with you ADT? Are you still keen on providing a service to my house? this is the second time i report poor response from your Security Officer.
