TRS worst customer service!

I called TRS back end of LY to install an alarm. They told me it will be done in 1 week. After 2 weeks and numerous calls I phoned again and said that if they do not install it the next day I will cancel my contract. They di not come out so I cancelled on 14 December. I already paid the fees upfront at that point. Then they had the audacity to take the fee for January on 1 Jan. They kept on telling me the refund is their pipeline to be reimbursed and every week they promise me it will be paid back on the Friday. Eventually I spoke to Hein Koekemoer a manager. He said his team messed up and I can m#@r him when i get him in the road. I said I only wanted my money back and said I will take legal action if they do not pay me back. He then shouted at me stating how do I dare threatening him. This is utmost appaling customer service. I only received my money back after laying complaints at SAIDSA the governing body for security companies. I ended up receiving it exactly 2 months later. I encourage anybody to avoid TRS in Midrand.
