Good day.
Today I parked at the Kingsmead stadium to attend the India Fair at around half past eleven in the morning. There were many carguards that advised me I have to park along the street as the parking inside was full. I went in for not too long, a bit before 1pm and came out to find my two wheelcaps missing off my etios and my cable ties cut off. The guards were on the other side and i called them and there was an indian guy who seemed to be the head of security. I asked them if they saw anyone and even with them there how could this theft take place. then suddenly one car guard says there was someone suspicious in an orange reflector but it seemed they did sweet nothing to prevent it only until I asked. The head of security the Indian guy showed no interested to check, just smiled at me and started tapping on his phone. I saw a guy in an orange reflector with crutches and a bag on his shoulders he claimed that his not staff and did not even help me check why this suspicious guy was guiding cars in. I was absolutely upset as your security was just not interested to assist me and really did not care that even in their presence the crime took place. I really would not anyone to ever attend any event at kingsmead and I do not trust your security staff at all. It's quite shocking that my car was tampered with in the presence of so many carguards and security. It's disgraceful and shocking and I think the India Fair should also know of this as this incompetent from your security will jeopardize their business and take their business elsewhere. Please sort out your security and get more secure parking for us, else you will lose the confidence of the people in durban.
