This has got to be the worst company I have ever dealt with! A simple switch from debiting from a savings to a cheque account has caused so much drama! This has been a nightmare! I was contacted by a debt collector last week Thursday demanding that I pay an amount of over R 1000 that I have accumulated for the past few months. The gentleman was calling on behalf of Netstar. This came as a shock because I was assured by Netstar agents almost a year ago that they have made a switch from debiting from my savings to my cheque account! Every 3 months since the switch (from last year April to be precise) I would get a curve ball of a bill from Netstar! I have on numerous occasions made the effort of contacting them to fix this mess, but it was all in vain. I have had it with Netstar and want nothing to do with them. I will NOT pay a cent of what they claim I am owing! Why should I be punished for their incompetency? It's time to move on to their competitors, I am sure they will be happy to render a great service!!!
