Agent does not know own contract

I eventually received a copy of my contract. I cannot find the 20% cancellation fee mentioned when I tried to cancel a week or so back.

I phoned in and spoke, again, to John Moganego. He could not indicate to me which clause stipulates the 20% cancellation fee and mentioned that someone would get back to me and then simply put the phone down.

Really poor service and dodgy dealings.

I cannot believe that my initial impressions of this company were so way off.
