I received a message from ADT. The message was from some random person who addresses me on my nick name.
I do not know who this person is that sent me this message but I would have liked something to be done about this, but ADT advised me that NOTHING can be done about it.
I trusted ADT with my personal information and my safety but instead its been compromised
This is Unacceptable service and this is the 3rd time I have to fight with ADT.
1: Bad service for Sales consultant and technician
2: Double deductions on my account
3: sms from ADT
i would like to cancel my contract..!!
