More than a week ago, I phoned the 0860 60 50 40 line to request cancellation of Tracker contract because we have sold the car in which it was fitted.
The person at the other end promised that they would send confirmation documents for the cancellation by e-mail within a day or two. I confirmed that the e-mail address Tracker had on record is correct.
So far, we haven't received a thing. Also, the "Talk to our CEO" link on Tracker's website is dead -- and I can now see why that is so.
Slack performance, people. What gives?
