We posted a complaint about a lack of response from C- Track on 4th December. They had debited our account with an amount a year after we had stopped using them. They responded saying they would be in contact. I had one email from Rinaldo saying he couldn't get through to which I replied.
I have had no phone calls whatsoever from them - no response from the accounts dept to whom I replied when they sent me a statement. I also emailed out on old e-mails when the debit order was first taken but absolutely no response from any of them or had my e-mails returned. I hope their tracking service is better than their accounts and customer service depts. I cannot understand why they keep sending e-mails saying they tried to phone but could not reach us. This just re-inforces why we closed the account at the end of last year.
