I have tried every possible way available to get this issue for my cars resolved. I have 2 cars with Altech Netstar and both are fitted with an Early Warning Systems:
1st car, Toyota Corolla, I have tested the device several times and up until this far no one has ever called me yet for an alert signal from my car and I am not sure if the device is still working and that I should trust it with my life
2nd car, Toyota Hilux, It was and recovered and no one has ever tried to contact me to check if the device is still working fine after hence the alarm speaker was cut off and not sure what else it's not working. I have tried Customer Service line so that the check-up should be organised, till this far I've been holding for days to get through.
I am honestly not happy with this kind of service and I would like it to be resolved immediately, I even tried to call an Emergency Number 0800112222 to emergency get someone to at least help me but still I am not going through, all your lines are busy and that alone put our life at stake. I am not used on escalating issues that can be easily resolved but I find myself with no choice that to report you to Hallo Pete, etc.
