When I arrived at MAtrix in Midrand, the receptionist treated me like dirt. She was hiding behind her desk, busy gossiping about me to her friends in the company and after an hour a wanna be team leader stanford was busy bullying me asking me unnecessary questions. I asked him about the investigation and he said why am I doing the investigation, who told me to. I explained to him but he didn't want to listen to me. They still refused to call the manger instead they gave me an agent who only wrote 1 word he told me that theres nothing he can do and that the lawyers are handling the case. I aked him why, he just left. Stanford was busy changing my statement Infront of me and trying to spoon feed me what he wanted my statement to sound like. When some1 from the branch wanted to help me, they fought with him infront of me. Different people from the same department but different story. They told me that when my contract expires they will call me but they never did. I have never been treated like that in my whole consumer like, I am disgusted my MAtrix. They treated me like Netstar treated me when It came to my contract. They trick consumers by selling us false contracks
