PATHETIC SERVICE, INCORRECT BILLING!!!

I had a tracker device installed a few years back needless to say I had it cancelled a few years later with extreme difficulty and multiple threats to take legal action against them!! Now a few years later I needed to have the device completely removed from my vehicle because it has caused a mechanical failure, (thank for a great mechanic!) only to have been told that a MANUAL INVOICE was raised (which I paid to get the dam thing removed!) Tracker then proceeded to take a further UNAUTHORISED R395 off my account, when I have had NO DEALINGS with them, and gave them NO PERMISSION to take my money, needless to say it has been 4DAYS since the UNAUTHORISED DEBIT went off my account and after no less than 30 CALLS to them having to repeat my story over and over to different people, they are now saying the money was released yesterday BUT THERE IS STILL NO MONEY in my ACCOUNT!!! Why should I have to call 50times a day for my OWN MONEY that they were NOT AUTHORIZED to take from my account! PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE, PATHETIC and I would advise anyone not to choose this product because of the LACK OF SERVICE that entrails it!! I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED FEEDBACK OR MY MONEY!!!
