My name is Sannie Twala, I had a car in 2010 which was involved in an accident and was written off in 2010 September 24. The tracker contract of this car was due to expire in October 2013. A consultant contacted me about renewing it and I advised her that I want it to be cancelled as I have a car that has got tracker.
My husband is the regular driver of the new car we bought in December 2011. They contacted him behind my back to advise him that our tracker is faulty, in the meantime they wanted to renew the expiring one. They contacted him and he was told that they were fixing the faulty device and he was told it's a free service.
To my shock, I was debited R812.00 for Tracker an this has put such a huge dent to my finances. My monthly payments has increased from R260 to R812.
This is unacceptable and heart breaking. I request a reversal and that they cancel this renewed contract which I wasn't consulted and communicated to about. I cannot have two tracker devices in 1 car.
