From my last query with ADT with the late response, then having a person call me to apologies, who was not helpful at all and not made me feel any better. Now to my latest query. We all in bed when the alarm triggers, no idea whats going on, we lock ourselves in the main bedroom. ADT doesn't call, I land up calling you. Then you call me back..."the guard is at your gate can you please open for him"... so why the did I give you the code, its to open the gate! Honestly. Then only to talk to him over the phone that he is at the wrong address. What pathetic service is that. Really now your service has gone down the drain, you have lost your professional touch.
