After a successful bid (order #6651966 - for ease of tracking) on BIDORBUY / No1 Security Store I tried to contact the responsible person (T van Niekerk) on cell 0763388923 and e mail [Email Removed] to get further info re rifle scope (which was incomplete on website, i.e. FOV @ 100m, weight and lenght of scope) without any success - various phonecalls (not answered at all) & left messages as well as via mail requests.
I found this to be very unprofessional and showing a total disregard for clients.
