I was contacted by Tracker this morning with an offer to add to my premium one of three amounts if I didn't want my vehicle back after it had been hijacked or . (They would cover the difference between the book value & the assessed value of the car).
As is my right as a consumer, I ask for more details to be sent to me, but the salesman said they can't hence the phone call to me and could he add R25 to the premium. I again asked for details and he refused, getting even pushier.
I don't feel that in light of the new CPA this is good business practise, and the arrogance of the telesalesman reminded me again why I don't like them!
