I discovered in August 2013 that my device was de-activated in December 2012, this I was told by a consultant named SeIthuthi and I was very shocked and she assisted me in getting to the bottom of this, a lady cold Gabriela cold me and apologised and assured me that they would pay me back my money for the and I've been waiting since its been 2months now and when I phone they shift me from Pillar to post (Finance and Technical departments) and no depertment sims to know where is the delay.
