On behalf of my boss I recently got 3 of our vehicles installed with Cyber Sleuth Supreme (CSS). This alone took at least a month to get done and probably never would have gotten done if it weren't for a very helpful Ridaa Gabier.
My boss later decided to have a fourth vehicle added, this time with a Vigil system. The paper work was sent clearly marked Vigil and what we thought was a Vigil system was installed but upon trying to activate it, It was discovered CSS was installed (at this point I was fed up with bad service, but gave them the benefit of the doubt as all our other vehicles had CSS sytems, it was an understandable mistake)
However now I have been fighting for two weeks to get this error fixed and have the correct system installed. I am now being told I filled in the wrong forms and have been sent MORE paper work which by the way asks for the exact same info as all the rest I have filled in (10 forms at least) albeit in a different format. Nothing is being done. I look like a fool for recommending you to my boss as he now wants to pull our whole contract.
