This is the third complaint for the same problem with ADT-they really have a don't care attitude towards their clients who keep them in business! I've yet to receive a commitment from them as to when my money will be paid into my account. The installation was cancelled on the 20/08/2013, ie.never took place-i don't have their equipment on my property, so i should not be charged for it! Please refund my R2900-00 for you guys are in breach of contract according to the consumer protection act ADT!
