My name is Kgoro, i called 0112075000 and spoke to Sade who also transfered me to speak to Treven. I sold my car and my request was to get the tracking device deactivated but because i want to continue with the netstar service install a new tracking system in the car i bought. i was then told i need to settle my account and start a new contract all together. now that does not make sense to me because i am not cancelling the contract. I understand that my contract is 36 months and that is why i say i would like to continue with it but settling my account before i start with another is the part i dont understand. the other option i was given is to remove the actual device from the car i sold and refit in the car i bought, the cost for this is R1600. I am not happy at all
