I am very disgusted with my experience with ADT. As a new client I was informed that my contract will be effective the first of October 2013. On saturday 7th September I got a sms from my bank notifying me of a debit of R150. I then contacted the call centre and they told me its an admin fee. Firstly I was not told of any admin fee when I signed. When I asked if the call centre can assist me they told me to contact the agent. The agent never contacted me back.
