No use communicating

I moved out of my house at the end of July 2013. I communicated to ADT more than 4 times that my account must be stopped at the end of July. Still a monthly premium was deducted in August from my account. I really wish I rather did not waste my time communicating to ADT and should have just come to Hellopeter from the beginning.
