Good day.
My Track has not been working and I called in C-Track to assist and advise what could be the problem. I was assisted by a very well mannered gently-brother Kagiso. Who went out of his way to try and assist me politely and competently. He gave me feedback now and again and tried different methods to help me. Even though he was unable to fix the problem but he referred me to the technicians.
I would like to say BIG up to Kagiso for being so kind and polite and be able to understand and advise accordingly. We really need people like you in our customer service.
