On 15 April in an email, we requested our contract with ADT to be cancelled
Reasons being, held on for call centre and when we queried why it took so long, according to their records I only held on for seconds - I was accused of lying. my cell phone records prove it.
Battery replaced has extreme markup
Service man did not arrive on said day - phoned late that evening when it does not suit us as a family with small kids - numerous calls made throughout the day to verify if he was coming
The subscription fee of competitor in area is almost half ADT's cost!
How do we cancel? We are in a month to month contract!
