I have been with this service provider for many years. Sometime in June 2012 I requested a quotation for additional services at my property. A consultant came and gave me several options. I chose one of the options. I never heard from him again. I made several calls and spoke to different people and I would always get promises that I would be assisted but until now nothing has taken place. This year I called to request a sign board, the same thing happened and now all the sign boards have fallen away. On the 11 June 2013 I called and spoke to Thabisa who promised to assist me but I doubt if anything will change.
