Ohh ADT, we have had one too many break-ins, the most recent one was on Sunday 02 June 2013, I honestly don't believe ADT responded on time. For to be able to break into our house through a door very far from the gate, and manage to get away with 3 big LCD Tvs, including a dvd player, and go through all the bedrooms to search all cupboards. The officer who responded to the alarm claims he got there within 5mins, and when I got to the house he left saying he's handing over to his senior, he left. This is too much ADT, what are we exactly paying for here??
The same thing happened in less than 6 months ago, we are very dissatisfied customers!!
