After about four complaints due to lack of response from e mails sent to Adt, I received a visit from the area Branch manager, Russell. He was just so positive and full of enthusiasm to meet my needs and ensure my satisfaction that I have had my faith in Adt completely restored. He has opened up several channels of communication and I look forward to future communications. Thanks once again Russell.
