No Service or response to re-act to repairs

I had my alarm installed with Martin vd Berg after a break-in; it took him quick to respond with a quote, but after we paid, then the trouble started...
He took 10days to install my system, ; then 2 months later we found out that sound lights were non-reactive, it took him 3 weeks to respond after I had to contact the ADT call centre to contact him.

I now have trouble with my remotes, and requested an additional one, I have been contacting him for over 3 weeks via email, as he only responded to my email, saying his phone is in for repairs, and that he will be in contact with me soon... well, after a strong worded email to him, I decided that now I have to go to drastic measures and hopefully ADT will see this, fire his as a contractor, and send somebody worthy of my subscription, which I paid monthly, otherwise I will need to switch to another Security company where I will not just be a number...
