I had the same problem with Vulindlela. A Shaun Williams [according to him he is a lawyer] phoned our company and told us that we can expect a summons. He was very rude, he eventually put the phone down in my ear. I lodged a complaint at the Law Society of the Northern Provinces. I just received a letter from them stating that there is no registered lawyer with that name or Shaun Williams and Ass, registered with them. [ I also asked them to check for different spellings of the name]. I really hope that people will not pay them. I am definitely not going to.
