I purchase Metallica tickets to print at home or work because I don't have time to go into a branch... yet I must buy a parking ticket for the same event (months later) and there is no option to print it at home so I have to still go into a store within the next 2 days in order to get that??? Why offer something to make life easy if you're going to us over with stupidity in the end??? Darn Frustrating!!!
