BAD SERVICES

My DStv ACCOUNT: 42517312288 has been switched OFF since the 28-03-2013. I received a message on my mobile phone telling me that I have to SWAP my DStv card. I did that on the 03-04-2013 and I cannot see anything on my TV SCREEN. I HAVE SEND AN SMS as they told me to but I still don't get any response. I called the Agencies on the card with different telephone number and Locations still I was unsuccessfull I conveyed e-mails still no answer instead I GET a respond telling me that they will REPLY ME THE NEXT DAY. I get ERROR CODE: E16, E17, E19 and now E38. I pay every month with a DEBIT ORDER and this is really ME OFF.
ALL this contacts I have tried and I get a IVR VOICE PROMPTS telling me to follow the instruction. You more than welcome to try and call 012-422-2222, 011-289-2222
