I wathed 3Talk on SABC 3 8 April 2013, they where running a competition and gave out some details about a new fitness program that will be launched. I had I call at the time and missed the contact details. I phoned the 3Talk studio and got reffered evrywhere but to the right place. All the Email adress I was given was not working! The call centre could not help me and I eventually got hold of the email adress of the producer who just does not reply to her mails and is never available to take your call.
The Urban brew office "does not understand" when I ask them to give me the details or when I ask to speak to someone who can help me!
This is really pathetic to say the least. No one knows what they are suppose to be doing when you ask them and no one knows whom you can speak to. There is no one to Answer questions AT ALL!!!
I was so excited to get nvolved in their program but now just the idea makes me feel sick! I have never in my life experienced such poor service!
Everyone is just passing the bucket!!
