DSTV Mobile Subscription not reversed

In February, Dstv accounts were in a complete mess! They charged multiple subscibers R49 mobile access, even when those subscribers were on a premium bouquet (mobile for one device is free if on premium). I was one of those subscribers.

Two months down, my statement is a complete mess, with multiple charges and reverses which make NO SENSE, and to top it all, at the bottom it says 1-30 days outstanding R49!!! In other words, the b*stards STILL insist I owe them R49 for a mobile subscription which is SUPPOSED to be free!!

I've sent multiple requests via their social media platforms, which have resulted in NOTHING. I don't care that MC have not actually charged me the R49 (no debit went off or anything), but most companies will report a bad debt to the credit bureaux, which will then reflect badly on ME, even thought it's their system that f*cked up!!
