Very unhappy with service from a senior staff member at multichoice, who should be assisting the cust. I phoned the call centre on 01/04/13 to inform them the contradiction in the MNET mag for April as the dates in the movie index does correspond to daily programming. Spoke to Sibubiso who did not take my query correctly so I asked for a supervisor who contradicted himself and when I requested he logs my complaint/query or get someone from the mag dept to discuss the matter he refused to take a message. Up to now no one has contacted me. We pay for services but get disgusting service from senior staff. Please phone me before 9am or 12-1pm.
