No Service Delivery

Suddenly we experience a signal problem on one of the extra view modems. After trying to resolve it through M-Net, we were referred to the installer. After paying R260.00 Kinsley walked into the house, press one button and the problem seemed to have been resolved. Not a day later, the problem re-occur in the second room. We phoned Kinsley on Tuesday 3 April 2013 who promised to make a turn and fix the problem - no cost. 4 April 2013 still no Kingsley. Phoned him again and he promised to attend to the problem after 17h00 the evening. Day 3 still no Kingsley with another telephone call and a promise to be at our home by 18h00 to attend to the matter. At 18h30 another call to Kingsley where he informed us that he's busy with other customers.

If these customers made appointments before us, why not inform us that he can only attend to our problem in three days? Why give empty promises and no delivery? (We also experienced a similar situation with him when he was attending to the installation)
