For nearly 2 weeks no DSTV on Demand titles have downloaded to my PVR. I have contacted the call centre 3 times requesting this to be corrected and have been promised that it will be done. Still nothing! But what they did get right is sending me a letter to announce an increase in subscription. Maybe that's why they've had no time to attend to customers? I've even been advised to stream it on computer. So not only do I pay subscription but now I also have to pay for dataline. Multichoice used to be an entertainment entity of choice. What is happening? In the past 2 years their service has declined to abysmal.
