There were no signal to certain channels and after contacting multichoice, I was told take the decoder in. After confirming my decoder was ok they supplied me with another unit and was told if the problem persists i should contact an accredited service agent to resolve the problem. I contacted CTV who suggested the LNB be changed but two days later the problem reappeared. CTV was contacted again to resolve this issue and a new LNB was fitted with no joy. I was told to return the decoder to multichoice and it was found to be OK. I then contacted another service agent who found the following: the LNB bracket was broken and the cable fittings were loose. I then contacted CTV twice with my complaint and on both occasions was promised a my complaint would be attended to, but after three weeks there is still no reply.
