Efused to refund day after bought

Ought studio monitors realising its not what I want it was also damaged. very next day wanted to return them
no one interested to do so. I called many times to talk to owner it took 2 weeks for him to get back to me. not willing to refund instead he tried to get into my business . also telling me he will go to the police if I threaten by taking it further
will never do business with them again.
