On 2 March 2013 for the 15:00 show of Wreck it Ralph, there were only 2 cashiers assisting the queue of people waiting to buy tickets and food as the self service machines were not in working condition. The total waiting time was 20min for food movie tickets.
Once in the venue, there were a few items left from the previous session but didn't bother me as I have found it this way before. Whilst the end credits were showing, the movie was cut short prior to the cast showing. When complaining the manager lady indicate that they would rewind the film and we could watch it. When we entered the cinema once again, we waited 10 mins to watch the credits, and when it started the 'entertainment' music was still playing. I would have appreciated an initial apology from the manager to indicate that she was sorry for the inconvenience and that they would fix it. She however not once made the effort and merely displayed that the rewinding of the tape was a 'favour' attitude. I payed full price for the movie which means I paid to watch an entire film but was unfortunately not granted the opportunity. Bad service is unacceptable in any business especially when other branches a have high reputation
