Beginning of December my son did a SIM card swop via the call centre. I would like to know how seeing as he doesn't have any of my personal details for verification. In January I was charged R1174 instead of R598. After enquiring this amount, I have been told for two months that the problem were being escalated. Since the beginning if January until now, no solution or refund has been offered. How do I get my money back?
