After numerous calls daily to the Multichoice call centre, and after being assured that the refund of the overpayment on my account has been processed, you can imagine my digust when I discovered that this was actually not done.
Its shocking how the call centre agents blatantly to the clients. I now have had the customer Complaints Manager (name withheld) also go back on her word of calling me back in 5 minutes.
Absolutely shocking customer service!!!
