NO RESPONSE FROM NU METRO ON BAD SERVICE

WE WENT TO WATCH TWILIGHT BREAKING DAWN PART 2 AT THE END OF NOVEMBER LAST YEAR AT NU METRO AT EMPERORS PALACE, IT WAS THE LAST SHOW OF THE EVENING AND THE MOVIE HAD NOT EVEN STARTED YET WHEN WE WERE TOLD THAT WE COULDN'T'T BUY POPCORN AND COLD DRINKS BECAUSE THEY WERE ALREADY CLOSED. PREVIOUSLY WE COULD STILL BUY THAT TIME BUT FOR SOME REASON WE COULDN'T THAT SPECIFIC DAY. THE PERSON BEHIND THE COUNTER ALSO THOUGHT IT WAS REALLY FUNNY AND LAUGHED AT US. I HAVE ALREADY PUT IN A COMPLAINT ON THEIR WEBSITE AND RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM THEM SAYING THAT THEY HAVE SENT THE COMPLAINT THROUGH TO THE RIGHT DEPARTMENT FOR DIRECT RESPONSE. I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE FROM THEM! ITS REALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND THEY ARE DEFINITELY GOING TO LOSE CUSTOMERS - WE HAVEN'T BEEN BACK THERE SINCE AND ARE NOT PLANNING ON GOING ANY TIME SOON.
