New Sim Marriage Conflict

Yesterday I swapped my Sim Card for a new one as my decoder indicated my old one has expired.
I have now tried to clear the E17 code by doing it online with Self Serivice, sms'ing as per instructions twice and calling the call centre but after 24 hours still same problem.
