We contacted Jumping4Kids for my son's 10th birthday party, everything went off without a hitch, until it came for the collection... Their driver drove a rock into our wall, breaking one of the panels. I phoned Ria and she assured me they would come fix it that same night. At 6 I called to find out when they would be arriving, and was informed "The driver says it wasn't his fault, your husband was directing him". My hubby was still in his own car, BEHIND the bakkie - he couldn't of directed him anywhere! Eventually though, Ria's husband showed up, to push the broken panel back into place... It was broken, his driver broke it and I should accept that?! I insisted on a new panel - Ria's husband then yelled "So then sue me for it", jumped back into his and rode off... What kind of service is that? They have still not agreed to fix the wall!
