Hi,
I have been a good client of Multichoice for many years, always paid my account on time never missed a payment. Now i am told that my account is in errors of R 610 which just pops out of nowhere, my service is suspended until i pay this outstanding amount.
i suggest that they look into their systems and find the problem caused by themselves, i refuse to pay this money that i know and have proof that i am up to date.
